Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Email us at 1564451643@qq.com within the return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a specific return shipping address. Do not ship your return without an RA number.
- Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as DealsBy is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at 1564451643@qq.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.
Return Shipping & Address
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our company office address.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Eligible non-final sale items purchased on promotion may be returned for store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1564451643@qq.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
