Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: For security purposes, some orders may undergo verification, which could extend the processing time by 1 business day. We will notify you if this is required.
- Order Modifications: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to selected international destinations. Please proceed to checkout to see if we deliver to your country.
- Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $30. Delivery within 5–10 business days.
- Express Shipping: $5. Delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Please note: The 2–4 business day processing time applies before shipment. All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier logistics.
- International Shipping
- We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- Standard International: 10–25 business days after shipment.
- Express International: 5–12 business days after shipment (available in selected countries).
- Important: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” our liability ends, and we are not responsible for loss or theft.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional reshipping fees will apply.
Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging in your message.
